Rushien Air Force Base 空軍基地［ルシアン］ AFB Rushien is the overseas headquarters (海外本社) of Integrated Civil Defense Air Force operations in Europe. It is located in the village of Korju in Estonia. The village is heavily contested between Free Estonian militias and the Government of Myōkō's Overseas Territorial Integrity Command (OTIC) which seeks to permanently occupy the village to support the ICDAF's logistical operations.
