Interstellar ☆ Sanctuary [Rally]

The Interstellar Sanctuary serves as our Rally Center. This place can also be used to sharpen fighting skills and to check a user's progression in the ranks. ☆ "!xp (username)" to check someone's progress. The OFFICIAL (real, actual, not fake) rally center and hangout for Phanes--fully equipped with the hottest dueling arenas and XP system. Be wary, traveler, 'cause if you spend too much time here, you'll become an addict. Not the good kind. The bad kind. Are there good kinds? Maybe, like, to being healthy. I'm not sure if that counts. Whatever, doesn't matter. Though honestly, if you do like this place, I think that's pretty cool. It's a nice place. Just don't drown. The water isn't actually water so don't drink it either.
