SCAR: Raiding Guidelines

[-] Those who start on the Ascarians team cannot swap sides mid-battle. [-] Admin abuse will result in the removal of privileges. [-] Alternative or new looking accounts can be removed by defenders and then banned if raiders don't provide their credentials before teaming back. [-] Known suspicious fighters or people with high latency (300+) fighting can be removed if the defenders authorize it.
