Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
1989 " Somewhere in Samara Oblast, Russia. " A small semi-independent county lays dormant under the chaos of Chernobyl. The Capital's eyes are on Ukraine, leaving the secluded outposts along the Kazakhstan border relieved, yet no longer safeguarded by Russian protection. The only things that keep them powered is the decaying HEART and a militaristic force called B.S.D. / Г.З.Д..
