Cyngvar is the ancient seat of the Viscounts of Cyngvar--a line descended from the blood of the Ceng. The currently reigning Viscount of Cyngvar is Lucion Lettmar. Cyngvar was once a glorious palace, however after decades of guerrilla warfare and raiding, it has fallen into ruin.
