Deep in the Mountainous Terrains of Arayat, a City which was used as Parade Grounds and with a Military Outpost constructed by General Jose Alegandrino stands as a reinforced Defense in opposition to the advancing United States Volunteers. Within the Months of 1899, General Aguinaldo and his Forces have abandoned Pampanga and the rest of Central/Southern Luzon to retreat to Northern Luzon and continue the Fight. The Outpost stationed near Mount Arayat remains as the final strength of the Philippine Republican Army in the Region.
