A training outpost only used for events for the Roblox City-8 faction ELITE SPECIALIZED FORCES. (These rules only apply when events are hosted.) RULES: Units lower than Ground Unit must wear the Civil Protection uniform, units between Ground Unit to Elite Bureau Specialist must wear the standard Combine soldier uniform. Officer cadets will wear the cap with the golden star, Squad Leaders will wear the cap with the silver stripe, captains will wear the cap with the golden stripe, and the Deputy Commander + Sectorial Commander will use their default avatars. The enlisted (Ground Unit - Elite Bureau Specialist) will only use full morphs when the event hosted has to do with deployment to City-8.
