Everyone that enters this facility lives here, engaging in everything from illicit trade to food production and cooking while revolting against the Foundation, who control this location. Built by the best leaders, physicists, and engineers at the Foundation. It is the most flexible and independent site the Foundation has encountered so far and will encounter. The Nikolai Research and Containment Installation is pleased to have you. You are one of a long list of applicants who have been selected to enter this vast underground metropolis, which is committed to safeguarding the most notorious SCPs while providing the Foundation a wide range of technological improvements.
