The Supreme Court is the highest level of jurisdiction in the Monegasque judiciary. The Court is invested with full power to hear cases relating to the constitutionality of legislative text, alongside administrative and other constitutional business. The Court is comprised of the President of the Supreme Court, alongside two titular judges, appointed by the Prince via Sovereign Ordinance.
