BP: Frozen OverCool

C.H.E.M. Laboratories deep underground refuse to share any information on their tests they perform. However leaks have shown video footage of the experiments before. Those leaks have been played on national television and dubbed the 'Ice Cube Demise' C.H.E.M. then publicly apologized and stated a change in regulations were to come. All of it a simple ploy to fool the public on intent, to then continued forward perfecting the concepts of their strange freezing experiments until they got bored. They still continue to this method with volunteers today, if not as less extreme and less consistently.
