The Cold War was an intense, eleven-year galactic geopolitical tension between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire and their respective allies after 3653 BBY when the Sith Empire, usually titled "The Empire" invaded and successfully occupied a large amount of Republic territory until 3642 BBY. SWTCW takes place anywhere in between those two dates on the fictional planet of Vermine II located in the Inner rim.
