𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐄. 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍. 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐓 Site - 31 is one of the largest facilities the foundation has built, and is one of the most secure. Personnel that come in to work, hardly ever see the outside again - with exception to the holidays.
