Jumping into it horizontally will wallrun, jumping directly into it will run straight up the wall. Jump at the top to climb up, otherwise jump to flip. Failing to flip will make you fall. Press G to dive and roll, hold alt while sprinting to slide. Hold CTRL to regain stamina. If you don't want to be in first person press Q, if u want to go back into first person press E.
