This site is operated by the SCP Foundation, with it's headquarters in [REDACTED] Germany. Funded by governments worldwide, this site operates for humanity, to make new innovations which can either be really catastrophic, or benefitting. This site has been operating since the discoveries and the start of the SCP Foundation. We Secure, We Contain, We Protect.
