"The Baltics" | Baltian Civil War | 1992 - 2000

After the signing of the new Union treaty in the USSR, the Baltics states were granted independence which would lead up to the formation of the Baltic Federation, years later in 1992 internal conflict would start to rise between the minority ethnic groups of Russian, Ukrainians and belorussians which would led them to create the "People's State Council" and soon afterwords would launch an uprisisng to seperate from the Baltic Federation.
