Within the of world-city of Alteries on planet Arcon lies the planets main Military District, dubbed Achilles District. The Imperator himself oversaw the creation of this zone to ensure the brightest of Arcon's military forces are trained and hardened here. The main war college is across from an Arconian military citadel that ships off Ascendants and Arconian troopers to cruisers that will take them around the galaxy to a battlefield they are needed at.
