RULES: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=225115774 The Battle of Peleliu was a ferocious battle between United States and Imperial Japanese forces that took place on September 14, 1944 on the island of the name of the battle among the islands of the Palau-atoll. Japanese Lieutenant General Kunio Nakagawa developed a new tactic after looking into the previous defeats of their forces and decided to form their strongholds more inland instead of defending the coastlines. Because of this, he successfully inflicted many casualties on US Marines upon their struggle for control of the island, and was called "the bitterest battle of the war for the Marines" by the National Musuem of the Marine Corps.
