"The Gendastrerie is a secret armed force attached to the French Ministry of the Interior. It is responsible for protecting the population and concealing paranormal anomalies on French territory. Created in 1804, the Gendastrerie had a repressive role and worked in collaboration with the Singulière Académie Impériale, a military-scientific institution, to control anomalous cases. After the fall of the Empire, the Gendastrerie became a respected republic institution dedicated to preserving France from supernatural threats. Although relations between the Gendastrerie and the SCP Foundation have varied considerably in the past, the two organizations currently enjoy relatively cordial relations. Nevertheless, the Foundation's agents still find it difficult to collaborate with certain conservative elements of the French police force." - Régulation. Investigation. Obreption -
