The Xion's Western Imperial Palace is built for Foreign Nobility/Chinese Nobility to attend the Imperial Court of the Emperor. Will enter the Palace as a foreign Noble, Chinese Noble or maybe.. palace maid? Servant? Not a rebel.. right?
