Ubicado en el Barrio Cívico de Santiago, vecino al Palacio de Gobierno. El Edificio Carrera es la sede del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores. Hasta el año 2004 funcionó en ese lugar un Hotel con el mismo nombre. Models and Decals in their entirety were made by Vicet13. Credits to him.
