im surprised that name went trough WELCOME TO COUGH-VID! in a map, i dont even know what there is, its become so cold that everyone could cough on command really fast. cough on eachother to spread diseases! if you get coughed on too many times, you will get a virus, that virus can only be cured by finding or purchasing an antidote anywhere on the map, or you can keep the virus to be weakened and die faster. You can also instead touch or consume unhealthy stuff (Natural spawned items only, player drops will give an virus) to increase your damage but with downsides like lower health, slowness etc. Thats it for now. enjoy!
