Welcome to HM Prison Kilmarnock. A prison based up in Scottish ran under the Scottish Prison Service. HM Prison Kilmarnock is situated in Hurlford near Kilmarnock and is a high security prison which holds long and short term prisoners. We currently operate during sever start ups.
