Located just east of Knoxville, Sevierville is a well-known aviation hotspot where many helicopter tour agencies have made their home. This property belonged to one of those tour agencies before WAGS Aviation bought it. Since the merger with its sister department, WAGS Aviation is now under a new banner: MARS.
