"Armed Research Containment - 20" (ARC-20) is a clandestine facility under the jurisdiction of the SCP Foundation, nestled deep within the densely forested mountains of Utah. Established in the 1980s during a period of heightened supernatural activity, ARC-20 has become a bulwark against the preternatural, a center for the containment and study of phenomena that defy conventional understanding and a massive execution site for the few unfortunate death row inmates residing in it. The facility, often shrouded in mist and obscured by the rugged terrain, is a fortress of knowledge and secrecy. Its outer perimeter is marked by high fences and surveillance systems that are discreetly camouflaged to blend with the natural environment.
