A roleplay game set in the city of Rikasí on the Pacific island of Helenos, in the year 2037. After years of booming trade between world powers, Helenos has emerged as the heart of Pacific commerce and travel. Under the watchful eye of a young government and a newly established de facto monarchy, the island has transformed from a little-known backwater into the jewel of the Pacific in just 25 years. People from all corners of the globe now flock to the island, lured by promises of a bright new future in a paradise that veils a turbulent history.
