Area 23, also known as ABC 23 is an Undercover Facility run by the SCP Foundation, located somewhere on the On the Siberian Desert, Russia. Despite having been planned in late 1991, Foundation construction would only start on 1995 due to Concerns over Security and Stability on the Country, which many thought would affect Foundation deals on Russia, afterwards being finished on 1997 Area 23 also houses five Detachment respectively corresponding to five Combative and Non-Combative Departments, alongside of a Testing Subject Containment Area used for Experimentation with the Facility's Biological Anomalies 📡 Join the Foundation and Apply for a Department! https://www.roblox.com/groups/3239121
