The People's Court is the National Court located in Longyearbyen, Svalbard. The Court is led by the Procurator General (or Prosecutor General) and is responsible for delivering justice to the people of the People's Republic. The People's Court is open to observatory during trial but any disruptions or filming/photography is prohibited. The People's Court allows Citizens accused of high crimes to come forward and explain themselves and receive a second chance for their wrongdoings. The Procurator General is advised by two members of the Communist party to ensure a fair trial and to have multiple eyes on the proceedings of Justice.
