This is where raids are planned and stuff If your rank is below Spy Balloon Operater please sit in the wooden chairs. If your rank is Spy Balloon Operator or above take a seat up front. You must be in the group The Tophat Empire to participate in events. Do not try to enter the main stage unless your the King.
