Close to London and far from battlefields, Richmond is a pleasant area with thriving businesses and a comfortable populace. However, reminders of the British Empire's militarism remain. With the I Division Headquarters and a recruit depot located here, there is a presence of the British Army, as well as an administrative presence of the Royal Navy and Marines. Richmond serves as our main game, where most civilian sector activities take place. Though, there are also many uses for the government and military that go beyond bureaucracy.
