The Flooding of the MV Bonnes Nouilles

After 18 years of being tied down in a port, It was announced that the MV Bonnes Nouilles would be scrapped as a result of its poor condition. Only the rudder and propellers have be removed while the team who would scrap the ferry went home for the night. However, due to the ferry's age, at 6:15 am, A pipe in the ferry had burst open allowing water to enter the ship. Luckily, the water stopped flooding the ship as a result of a door being blocked off and only 25% of bouyancy remained in the ship. Aftermath: Due to the ship's poor condition and a broken pipe, the ship was drained of water in its area and it was scrapped.
