The District of New Travis The District of New Travis is located within central Texas, being in the same geographical location as Travis County. During Texas's many civil wars within itself as well as facing off with foreign invaders, Travis County has been repeatedly sacked and destroyed. The Texan Government took the initiative and reconstructed the region, which now serves as the nation's political, military, economic, and cultural capitol.
