In the Century of 1100 AD, the crusades to defend Jerusalem has just began, and Marsielle France is the main French centre point for dispatching troops on ships to the crusade. A bandit group forms outside the central castle of Danvar, Marsielle where the game is based. Danvar is ran by a honourable family, who are allowing Crusader Houses to go of in the crusades, because of this the bandits, funded by Arab forces, and also families who do not want there family members to leave to rob the armour and resources to allow for less crusaders to fight.
