The Tomb of the Old Republic is Valoria Cemetery’s most iconic memorial. The classical, gold sarcophagus stands atop a hill overlooking the Palace. Since 1802, it has provided a final resting place for Valoria's Revolution and Its service members. The Tomb has also served as a place of mourning and a site for reflection on military service.
