JR do not offer any Refunds, you should always check with our Staff Team/Customer Relations if the assets are safe to be purchased before doing so, this means if you purchase without checking and the Product doesn't come to you, this means you either need to retrieve it and turn your DM's on, or the Product has been deleted. 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: Always ensure your Direct Messages are on before purchasing a Product, if it does not come through please use the command /retrieve and you should gain your product, if you're distrusting an asset please ensure to contact us prior to giving it so we can note who owns what product.
