Site - 43 was established on [REDACTED]/2021, after a spiking in anomalous readings from the center of Antarctica. Founded 2002, The Echo Institute of Anomaly Research initially was a sub-branch of the Canadian Government, focusing on the containment and study of anomalous objects. With the success of the institute and it bringing in money for the Canadian Government, it became one of the largest government bodies in history, before converting into an independent institution.
