They were the first time since the original ten games, which took place inside the Capitol Amphitheatre, to be hosted in the Capitol directly. The Arena was the Panem Museum of History, a museum hosting some of Panem's most sacred secrets including the ominous Treaty Of Treason. With these games being hosted at such an important location, they were undeniably deadly. Chandeliers fell on tributes, ground collapsed beneath them drowning them in hot blood, rats which had hidden in the deepest cracks of the museum awoke to attack them, and a peacekeeper truck raided the arena while armed with multiple guns and a flame thrower. The victor after a short four days was Reef from District Four.
