A facility that was designed to be main base of operations for the [HC] that has proved to be a failed project due to the weather conditions on one of the moons of the planet PK-30, causing it's reactor core SC-V1 to reach criticality and turn into an super nova, luckily that is the best option as it could turn into a black hole which could leave us to bigger consiquences. Due to these outcomes, this area is now populated with Gamma radiation and now left to rot on this planet for eternity and perhaps beyond. Now used to scavange technology which has not been damaged, we have currently found plenty to confirm that not everything has been affected.
