Penitencia, Federal District

Established after a devastating civil conflict in the late 1960s, the Federal District serves as the national seat of government of the Union of Pacifica. Before its establishment as Pacifica's national capital region in 1968, it was settled by the American Indians, the Spanish, the Mexicans, and later the Americans. Federal District, Pacifica is set in the course of Pacifica's decline as a sovereign state during the 2020s; at this period of time the country has gained infamy for its low standards of living and government malversation. Federal District, Pacifica is unfinished and is subject to datastore wipes and shutdowns.
