Rooftop

Today I found another fragment with just one building. Seems it's raining here. Or well... it's not rain, but it certainly looks like it. It's just the realm discarding what it doesn't need. The design of this building is a bit odd. The Interregional Council could've used this building, though I believe most of their locations were underground. Well, that's a rumor I heard a lot. Even though my parents were on the Council they never told me much. The Council was pretty secretive with their work.
