Septim's Private Residence ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ♦ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Rich with Imperial history, the Imperial Palace-dubbed Cesare-was originally constructed under order of the Elder Council in order to provide a secure location for the Emperor and his closest advisers.
