A Vila Naval do guandu do Sapê (VNGS) é um complexo de 22 prédios com 18 apartamentos cada, totalizando 396, construída em 2010, visando abrigar os atletas de todo o mundo para disputar os 5º Jogos Mundiais Militares (VJMM), em julho de 2011. Após os Jogos, os apartamentos passaram a ser administrados pelo CIAMPA como Próprios Nacionais Residenciais (PNR). Também é a "casa" dos Comandos Anfíbios, onde tem as 3 Cias OpEsp. Aqui é realizado os recrutamentos e treinamentos do nosso milsim (Gerr).
