An old lab turned into an orphanage for children with no one. An old commercial aired a while ago for this place, it went something like.. "Hello Pastaville! If you're anything like me, you may've noticed the increase of children being abandoned with how expensive everything is getting. Seeing those kids, you may have wondered if they could go anywhere... Well look no further! Come to the Relicta Orphanage, and just drop those little guys off! We'll take them off your hands, and your city." A rather strange advertisement, wasnt it?
