Shield's official rally center. Credits to oz6nn and My_Aimx. A group called OO also allowed Shield to forever borrow "OO" Rally Center. Rallies and other raids will be hosted here, any disobedient members will be jailed or cuffed. Sometimes even kicked or 'Ban Hammered'.
