Time is comparative to the place around us, a galaxy that glimmers brightly is only so from our spot; the actual events in present for that galaxy aren't viewable for us. Truth is, that galaxy is likely dead or faded from where we lay far away, but it's shine still resonates beyond it's demise. The distinct glow that culminated will be enjoyed by folk in different parts around the world. The best glows are from those who built their own culminations of what they saw and spun from that perception. Thus is the distinct lifetime of the Milky-Way-Bar.
