Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
Formerly a Police Training School, Hong Kong Police Academy was established in 1948 as part of the Personnel and Training Department of the Hong Kong Police Service. It is the main training and nurturing institution for the police service, responsible for most of the training and training matters. It operates in a mixed mode between police academy and university. It is the only academy in Hong Kong's disciplinary force that has been granted a higher education.
