Question is, is it safe? 📃 Control the regime and run the prison how you wish. Careful though; your prisoners have undeniable needs that you must cater for. 🦺 Manage your prison logistics to regale your prisoners with basics like food and, if needed, repairs. 👮 Make sure your prisoners don't let loose by hiring qualified and ruthless armed guards who are not afraid to open fire, or, when things dysfunctionally escalate, call in the riot specialists to take over.
