Lower Rank Job Portal

We have a new system implemented for ranking up which will be explained here. When you first join now, you will be an LR and have to attend training's and pass them until you reach the last LR rank. Then, you will attend an MR interview and pass it in order to become MR. After this, you will attend MR training's and once you get to the last MR rank you will go to a HR interview. If you pass, you will attend a session which will explain to you your expectations and how to moderate, etc. Now the only way to rank up from here is activity or distinction.
