The dinosaurs tread paths walked centuries before human hands built walls and claimed power. In this arena, the tributes are not wanted— they are invaders, a plague that the animal kingdom wishes to eradicate. Their armies, infrastructure, industries, alliances, their currency — all for naught in a universe that thrives on animalistic instinct. The Capitol reminds them what they truly are: invasive, arrogant, and forgettable. Ultimately, regardless of their technology, regardless of their brutality, it is the ancient hunger of nature that remains. It always has. It always will.
