It is the year 2042, the world has been ravaged by war, famine and disease. Lynx International are working to finding a cure for the deadly radiation, they have taking over and building a functional place on earth, known as "The Last City". It is located in the city of moscow, where they are using it to start to collect new resources and to rescue survivors.
