Description (written by the developer; not a statement by this register)
During the Fleet's warpath they came across an abandoned storage facility. After extensive investigation it appears as though a foreign empire known as "Arctoria" used to control this facility. Not long after it's discovery the storage facility has been put to use to hide the Fleet's advanced warfare technology. This place is well defended and won't fall to just anyone.
